ORIGIN: John's mother was captured and killed by a man named Mohan D'Jinko, leader of a terrorist group called FLAG, when he was 8 years old leaving little John alone with his father. Jonathon Sr. was the police chief of St Katherine's Bay and as such a hit was put out on him by a mobster named Big Frankie. Chief Dark was shot down in the street on a dark rainy night when John Jr. was 26 years old. John decided to travel to Japan and train with Oroko Shadou a man known as the Shadow Master. This man told John he had the predatory instinct of a hawk and trained him in the ways of the ninja warrior. Returning home John Dark took on the guise of Shadow Hawk and began cleaning up the streets while hunting for his father's killer.
