Jerry Ordway (born November 28, 1957<ref>Comics Buyers Guide #1636 (December 2007); Page 135</ref>) is an American writer, penciller and inker of comic books.
He is best known for his work on DC Comics' All-Star Squadron, Infinity Inc, Adventures of Superman, Superman, and The Power of Shazam! starring Captain Marvel.

Biography
He inked George Pérez's pencils on the Crisis on Infinite Earths minseries in 1985. As a writer he has worked on Adventures of Superman, Superman (vol. 2), Avengers and the The Power of Shazam! monthly comic. In 1988, during the 50th anniversary celebrations for Superman, he inked over artist John Byrne's pencils for a Time magazine cover and interior spread which featured Superman.
While writing for Superman he helped devise the Death of Superman storyline. In 2001, he drew the one-shot, Just Imagine Stan Lee with Jerry Ordway Creating the JLA, with comics legend and writer Stan Lee, in which the two of them re-imagined DC's Justice League of America. He also provided the art for a six-issue story arc of Wonder Woman (vol. 2) with issues #189-194, with writer Walt Simonson in 2003. He has also inked over Dan Jurgens' pencils in the "History of the Multiverse" back-up stories in the weekly comic book Countdown (issues #39 and #38, Chapters 11 and 12) (October 2007).
