Aww they screwed up. The one thing I think everybody agreed on in the first Hulk movie was that General Ross was perfectly cast by actor Sam Elliott.
So what did they do? They get William Hurt to play Ross. Like come on why don't you just give the part to a girl scout. Ross is supposed to be a old mean rugged codger from the old school.
I mean just look.
Eliot
vs
Hurt
This guy would make a better school teacher than a tough general. They'll have to change his name from Thunderbolt to Tenderfoot.

Sam Eliot was a very good Ross but lets give Hurt some credit here, Ross is suppose to be the villain and who can capture that better then the man from a History of Violence?
Think they got rid of Eliot so they can get far away from Lee's Hulk as possiable leaving some good actors like Eric Bana.
Lets give the man a chance, and sides I'm sure Hurt will have tons of funny one-liners that'll keep the movie goers happy.

Well I want down you for wanting to give the man a chance, but I still say Eliot was the best pick for Ross. These movie producers have got to recognize what works and doesn't work or they'll just make new mistakes with future comic book movies. Eliot just plain old looks like Ross and sounds like I imagine Ross sounding.
