BLOCKBUSTER director George Lucas has slammed the record-breaking Spider-Man 3 as a "silly" movie with no storyline. Apparently Spider-Man record breaking week even beat out Star Wars. Have to wonder if that has anything to do with it.

lucas is a bit weird, and yes, i can almost nearly assure you he's probably mad about the record. who knew he'd lose it in 2 years?
