dude, no offense but they're binging him back regardless. they just wanted the money and publicity of his death, but he'll be back so they can start making money for them again. you should read my synopsis of the situation where i solved cap's death in the topic: "captain america dies at 25" i just read a reprint of his death and my analysis has some major holes, but is still a possibility overall.
