you should read the captain americ house of M tie in, it shows cap as if he'd never ben fron in that ice block and had kept fighting through the war, he's an old man! i might also suggest getting one of those big graphic novels like fantastic firsts and reading his return to the avengers.
there was also a sandman issue i recently read in a graphic novel from he library by neil gaiman. (see my review for sandman endless nights on this site!) anyways, the endless nights one sucked, but i figured his stuff was so critically acclaimed i'd read another. this one wasn't an epilogue to the sandman series (like endlless nights was) so it was more normal sandman stuff and had an actual story. (i'll give a review later) anyways, there was this one story where the sandman meets this guy who says he's gonna live forever so the sandman say "lets meet back here in this pub in 100 years then. and they do for about 600 years. anyways, it's funny to watch the sandmans hair/clothes styles change just as "captain america"'s been telling us he'd like to see in captain america. so, yeah, if you read all that, just thought it was interesting.
