jay bob I really think Superdude was just trying to offer up his opinion. The last thing he said was Clerks 2 was different and he thought Smith was mediocre as a director. He's entitled to his opinion just like you.
The only way to defend your favorite director or movie is to offer up reasons he is your favorite director , otherwise the board will deteriorate into a name calling board instead of a message board.
Remember if nobody disagreed with you then there wouldn't be hardly anything to talk about. This gives you the chance to talk about why you liked the movies etc.
Let's rise above name calling and discuss our opinions like civilized intelligent intellectuals that I know we all are.

Well because there isn't any reason to argue for one. Two superdude has been around the board a long time. So I know he's not trying to start an argument.
Three as moderator and owner of the site, it's my job to try and keep the peace.
I and superdude want to get as many members as possible to the board. This site gets a lot of traffic but the board hasn't quite taken off yet. So it's really important that if at all possible fights don't start.
You know about Smith. All I can say is I thought it was neat when he showed up on Daredevil. Despite the critics that is one of my favorite movies. I haven't seen the comedies he's been in. I try to stay away from R rated movies, especially lately. I find the more I watch movies with a lot of cussing the more I end up swearing whenever the least little thing happens, and that ain't good. Not for me anyway.
But anyways, we need to get some meaningful discussion about what interests our visitors.
So jay tell us some interesting facts about Kevin Smith, and what kind of movies he might be working on in the future.
Also I would like to know more about when Kevin Smith started his comic book career.

Okaay, well listen jay bob nobody is against you, but don't think you might be carrying the admiration of a director a mite far.
No offense but comparing anybody to Christ is like blasphemy. Nobody hates Smith anyway, it's just that we ain't exactly as excited about him as you are.
Besides you still haven't told us anything interesting for our discussion like when did Smith start making comic books, when did he start making movies, etc. Use your interests and knowledge of Smith to liven up our discussion.
What's your favorite Daredevil book by Smith?

You know that's about the only Stallone I haven't seen yet. Maybe it was because he didn't use any guns or punch anybody.
There are plans for another Rambo. Hopefully it will get made.

I like movies with Stallone using lots of violence like Judge Dredd, Demolition Man with Snipes, Rambo, Rocky, Cliffhanger,
and Tango and Cash was a ok movie just for Terri Hatcher.
