I'm pretty sure without looking through my Teamup box that I have all of those. The one that stands out in my memory the most is the very last issue #150 with the X-men.
I hated it when they canceled the series way back in the day. If my memory serves me right the idea at the time was to replace Marvel Team-up with the Web of Spider-Man. I've got the number one issue of that series as well.
I've got this the number one issue of Marvel Team-UP.
Sandman doesn't even have the same costume we are all familiar with here. He's even got a mask on.

web of spidey #1 is a keeper, a true classic and mt-up #1 is a great addition to any collection, spidey and torch team-ups are still some of the best stories in comics today. i just said how i'd read the torch spdey ultimate spidey arc twice.
