this was written in 95 by alan grant. it's a one shot that's told from the view of jeremiah arkham.n honestly its pretty weird and boring until a riot breaks out and one patient poisons the nightly food. he calls batman and says an antidote will be provided if he kills one patient. batman refuses flatly, then forces some of the poison into the patient. now he's forced to give up the antidote, and batman saves the day in the usual batman way.
