Warner Bros. Pictures is scheduled to begin filming The Green Lantern in mid-September in Australia, reports Production Weekly. To be directed by Martin Campbell, the comic book adaptation is targeted for a December 17, 2010 release.

It will be Hal Jordan, but at this point no actors have been cast.

Cool You know though right now I can't even think who would be good in that role? Maybe Mark Walhberg or Matt Damon? I don't know. Maybe we can come up with our own cast on this site and see how close hollywood gets to what we pick? __________________ Midnight Avenger Comics
