i hope the costume is the same as in the 1st movie if they r gunna make it with a rubber base, where its thin around the neck allowing more movement unlike batmans. i know they already have 2 movies of him already. an the big question, y didn't they bring out this movie as a special edition when 9/11 happend, i mean come on how much more patriodic can u get then good ol' red, white an blue.

I hope they make another one to, but they probly won't considering that the first ones were based in the fortys, if they do they need to make it as a sequal making him awaken in presentday like in the comics

yeah 2 tv movies in the late 70's early 80's and a straight to vidoe Cap movie in the 90s. Talk is that a new big budget movie is coming.

You have to be a little more optmistic superdude. Look at Superman Returns. It's finally coming out after 10 or 15 years, but hey it's coming out. Wow just think of it teenage kids today were born when the idea for another Superman sequel was first thought of. That's enough to drive you crazy to wait that long for a movie.

woe, this is a really old topic. i thought we were talking about the 2011 cap movie titled "The First Avenger: Captain America" that will lead up to an Avengers movie later that year. i think it's smart to tie him into the avengers movie because i don't know how many people outside of comic fans are up to see jut cap. __________________ "You...complete me."

Director Joe Johnston, whose next film The Wolfman hits theaters on February 12, revealed to Fangoria that Marvel Studios is planning a June start for The First Avenger: Captain America. The start is mentioned in an article on Johnston taking over as director for The Wolfman: Principal photography was now less than four weeks away. “By the time I got on a plane and arrived, it was three,” recalls Johnston, speaking from the art department of THE FIRST AVENGER: CAPTAIN AMERICA, which he’s readying for a June start."
