Depends on where your at I guess. Us comic book types know he is for the most part, and I'd say anybody who has watched a lot of cartoons in the past ten years has saw Cap on the Spiderman cartoons or at least the Credit Card Commercial.

How old are the people who don't know who Cap is, cause I would say that maybe the older generations, and the very young would be the ones not familiar with Cap. Unless they were fans during WW2.

Maybe they don't recognize the name, but I wonder if they would recognize Cap if they saw him?
