According to Sci Fi Wire, Cylon Tricia Helfer (Battlestar Gallictica and Burn Notice) will guest star on Chuck and will play the part of an agent who takes the place of Sarah when the general decides that Sarah's feelings for "the asset" are getting in the way.

Surely Sarah won't be replaced permanently. Has to be just for an episode or two.

The article says it is supposed to be for one episode only. But they're not sure.
