Alright, I uploaded an image to a page, but I had trouble moving the image to the right of the screen, where its supposed to be.

You had this

but you needed this

Best way to figure it out is to hit one of the edit links and get one of the image codes anytime you want to add an image. In case this thread gets lost in all the others.

Thanks! Check out my new page: http://superherouniverse.com/wiki/Werewolf_by_Night

Remember I said I like werewolves.

Awesome, great werewolf picture you found!
Posted:  28 Nov 2008 20:34
I found other good pics too, but that was the best of the lot. Did you ever read that series?
Posted:  28 Nov 2008 20:37
I've read a lot of the original werewolf series. I've got a few issues in my collection. I sold the ones that had Moon Knight in it long time ago. Mint condition books I got for a quarter a piece. Wish I still had them.
Posted:  28 Nov 2008 20:39
The one that contained the first appeareance of Moon Knight might have been worth something one day.
Posted:  28 Nov 2008 20:55
Hadn't checked in a while but it used to be worth like 60 bucks I think. I don't know if it's worth more or less now.

Maybe one day I'll buy a collection of old Werewolf by Night comics. If they aint too expensive.
Posted:  28 Nov 2008 21:22
You can find most of them cheap here and there. Might take a while to find them though.
Posted:  28 Nov 2008 22:00
I'd like to get them on one of those digital comic collections. I've already got five of those. Werewolf by Night is a minor series, so what they could do is get about four sets of comic books (like the Werewolf by Night, the Tomb of Dracula, etc.) and then put them all together. They could call it the Marvel Horror Collection.

I have a hard time reading digital comics as compared to regular comics. I guess I'm just old fashioned which is weird for a guy that makes comics and puts them online.

Well I like them better in my hand too, but the digital comics are convient. I've been following the storylines, of the Surfer, the FF, the Hulk, Cap, the Avengers, and Spider-Man. Right now I'm in the middle of 1972.

Cool, I love reading old comics. It's like a bit of history. Like time traveling to the past.
Posted:  29 Nov 2008 00:35
Like reading the old letters pages too. I remember reading one where a guy was complaining about the price increasing to 20 cents.
Posted:  29 Nov 2008 00:43
Yeah, I like to read those to sometimes. 20 cents! Boy times have changed.
Posted:  29 Nov 2008 01:09
Too bad we can't go back to the good 'ol days.

While we're on the subject have you read Avengers #1.5? It was in the digital comics collection. But if you don't have that you can probably find it somewhere. Its hilarious.
Posted:  29 Nov 2008 01:43
No, haven't read it. What's it about?
Posted:  29 Nov 2008 03:11
All of the original Avengers (not Cap cause he hadn't been discovered yet) battle Doctor Doom. They made it real funny. I think it was written sometime in the 90s, but they made the art look similar to the very first issue. The comic is full of jokes. They even edited old ads. Like at the end of one of the ads, it said, "Hurry! Order now! Quick before you figure out we're a bunch of crooks!" And you remember those ads where it has the cut-outs that you mail in for some kind of toy? Well in one of those it asks what you are sending, and it has the little boxes that you check that say "cash" "more cash" and "older sister's phone number."

Sounds fun like a mad magazine gag. Haven't read one of those old mags in a long time. Marvel used to have a series spoofing superheroes actually a couple one in the late 60's and one in the early 90's I think it was. Can't remember the names but I've got a few somewhere in my collection.
Posted:  29 Nov 2008 19:03
I think you're talking about Not Brand Echh.
Posted:  29 Nov 2008 20:08
That's the first one, but there was one later on. I got the very first one of Not Brand Ech.
Posted:  29 Nov 2008 20:27
I have no idea what the other one was. Don't recall it. They need to put them in digital comics too. I heard Mad Magazine has gone digital as well.
Posted:  30 Nov 2008 20:01
Loved reading Mad and it's clones in the 80's. I used to like the parodies of things I liked the best like Nut Rider, A-a-ay Team, etc. Don't remember very much of the details though.

Wasn't one of the Mad clone mags named Crazy or Cracked or something like that?

Hmmm...can't remember.

Have you taken a look at the wiki lately? I'm on a roll here.
Posted:  01 Dec 2008 01:06
Awesome, thanks for all the help.

Boy I've been having a time with my web host on my other websites. Took a lot of time away from doing fun stuff.

Tomorrow I'm going to check it all out.

And I need to be getting back on my Lost in Time story (see other thread). I been slacking off today.
Posted:  01 Dec 2008 14:26
Wow you have been busy. I see all kinds of stuff on the recent changes log.

Well creating articles on the wiki isnt as long and as complicated as I thought it would be so it didn't take up too much time. Most of the time this week I've been lying on the couch doing much nothing but watch tv. I dvred the Mork and Mindy marathon on Sci-fi. That's been keeping me busy. Oh yeah and can't forget the iron bowl. Had to watch that too.
