I dig this song, and Val Kilmer I thought made a cool Batman in Batman Forever.

Oh yeah, Iron Man. True classic. Everybody knows that one.
Dang. I tried to find this really good rock superhero song called M For Machine. I couldn't find it! Its about a guy who wakes up and doesn't know who he is. Its like he's become a cyborg or something. It opens with like this: "Am I a man, or am I just a machine? I don't understand what's happened to me. Everything's different, yet somehow I am the same. My face looks familiar, I don't remember my name." Here's the chorus:
"M for Mercy
M for Mean
M for the Man
M for Machine!"
Does it sound familiar? Maybe someone here has heard it.

Theme from SuperFuzz(this version of the film is foreign, you can tell by the credits, but the music is still in English):
Anybody ever seen this film? Its a hilarious action comedy from the 70s.

You reached way back for that one. The star Terence Hill was most famous for his comedic westerns called Trinity I know this one because my dad is crazy about these westerns.
I remember seeing Superfuzz years ago. I wish it would come on TV. I might have to buy the DVD now that you reminded me about it.
You don't tug on Superman's cape, you don't spit in the wind, don't pull off the old Lone Ranger, and you don't mess around with Jim.
I really wanted a video with clips of Superman the Lone Ranger, but this one with pics of the singer was the only one I could find. Well there was one short video at a comic con where somebody pulls on the cape of a Superman statue.
Longer version. Dude uses one of my Superman pics.
I made this pic for my SupermanTV.net site.

I've got a few suggestions. I've got BATMAN by Rocky and the Riddlers from 1966 on a Garage rock comp (north west battle of the bands vol 4) It's a song about batman not the theme tune.
Or maybe Jane's Addiction's SUPERHERO from the Strays album.
Nearly forgot I have a friend on myspace he's got a great song he's written about Jor-el and the battle against the Sponge. Imaging if Jeff Wayne had done a superhero musical instead of War of the Worlds.

Terence Hill is one of my favorites. And I'm crazy about those westerns too. I got the whole set on dvd...including Superfuzz.

He has another movie coming on tv soon. Called Mr. Billion. I saw part of it when I dvred it a few weeks ago, but I only got half of it for some stupid reason. So I'm recording it again. What I did see of it was pretty good. Good action movie.

Joe Satriani- Surfing with the Alien
Since there are no words, you can't really know that this song is about the Silver Surfer, but it probably is, because his album, "Surfing with the Alien", has a picture of the Surfer on it.
Surfing with the Alien is the second album by instrumental rock solo artist Joe Satriani, released in 1987. Surfing with the Alien contributed greatly to establishing Satriani's reputation as a respected rock guitarist.
Surfing with the Alien is notable for being one of the first instrumental rock albums to appear in the Top 40 charts at all, although Flying in a Blue Dream beat its position in 1989.
