Who would win, the Ninja Turtle or Elektra!? they both use the same weapon so it seemed appropriate.
i say elektra for obvious reasons

Raphael for sure. He's spent his life living in a sewer, eating nothing but pizza, he definitely has a lot more reason to want to kill someone.

Dude Elektra would kill Raphael she's a Ninja assasin and has any body noticed how the creaters of tmnt got alot of their ideas from dare devil like
Stick=Splinter
The hand=the foot
and their's probably more than that

You know I never thought of that. I always thinking about the Teen Titans X-men thing that was popular at the time. Teenagers and mutants with super powers were big back then and so were ninjas.
