Me that's who. Looks like it will be fun. Time for a good action movie with a few laughs. Brendan Fraser did a great job on Journey to the Center of the Earth and I bet he does a good job on this movie too.
I've read a couple of negative reviews from critics but those guys never like movies that make you smile more than 2 seconds at a time. It's either totally darkness and depression or it's no good to them. I'm depressed enough as it is, give me something to make me feel good for a change.
Fraser knows how to make adventure seem fun like an amusement park ride. I love movies with a retro feel to them too. Nothing like being transported to another time period...someplace you just can't see anymore.

Speaking of Amusement park rides Universal Studios in Orlando, FL has the new Mummy Ride based on the movies:
Quote: Revenge of the Mummy
Plunge into total darkness as you face fireballs, scarab beetles, and an army of warrior mummies on a psychological thrill ride totally unlike anything that's come along in the past 3,000 years!

I haven't had a chance to make it to Universal yet but I plan too before the year is out. __________________
