I'll be honest I have yet to read this book, but I know a lot of folks out there are excited to see the movie so I figured I'd go ahead and post the new Watchmen movie images.

Yeah I'm not too impressed with these pics. I've read the book myself. The second pic is pretty good of Nite Owl but the others I don't really like. I'm going to be pretty mad if they ruin the story. __________________

dude, i think the pics are fantsastic and i love the book!
rorschach (pic 3) and the comedian (pic 1) are spot on like the comic. nite owl almost looks too cool in comparison to the comic.
the movie site has video journals of different teams working on the set and it sounds like they're all really trying to stay true to the comic. the sets look exactly like the comic down to the last brick. one completely fleshed out pic looks like the comic literally came to life. __________________"You...complete me."

Oh, well 16 hours is a long ways to drive with gas prices these days. You spend more getting there than you might on comics.
