Of course they changed it from "A real american hero" due to the international market. G.I. Joe now stand for Global Integrated Joint Operating Entity.

Oh my gosh! I can't believe they dropped the "Real American Hero" for politicall correctness. How retarded! Do some of these guys wake up in the morning and just ask themselves, "Gee how stupid can I be today?" I guess they figure it's more important to please the rest of the world than to please your biggest market share which is in the U.S.A.

I just have one thing to say to these guys.

I agree with you there. Sometimes people are retarded. But it still looks like it'll be pretty good considering it has the characters from the 80s cartoon series which is the one I grew up on. It'll still be Joe vs Cobra and I mean they pretty much went all over the world anyway so making it international won't be such a big deal. I just hope the story is good, I'd hate for them to really ruin it.

But you know what even if they ruin it there will always be G.I. Joe the Movie from 1987. Along with Transformers the Movie its one of my all time favorite animated movies.

I'll probably end up seeing it of course, but I hope they at least allow some form of patriotism in the flick to give it character.
