Here’s the first issue of Galactic Man. Hope you like it.  Feel free to leave comments.

Issue #1: A New Beginning

Joe Rivers was an astronaut in space. When he was in space something happened. A meteor hit his ship. It sent him flying through space giving him something special. Powers. This all happened 40 years ago in 1967.
When he woke up he had no idea where he was. There were 3 people staring at him. He thought he woke up on Earth. He was wrong. He was on Argon.
Lady: “Hello darling. You’ve been out for a while. What’s your name?”
Joe: “My name? I don’t know. I don’t remember anything. Wh-Where am I?”
Man: “You are on Argon.”
Joe: “Argon? Where’s that?”
Man: “Argon is a planet far away from yours, Earth.
Joe had a really confused look on his face. He has no idea about anything.
Man: “Since you have no idea what is going on we will take care of you. We will bring back your memory, but first let me introduce you to your new family. I am Mek and this is my wife Sek. That is my son Trek.”
Mek pointed at the back of the room. Trek waved.
Mek: “Now let us bring back your memory. Lay down and relax. It will go by fast and won’t hurt hopefully.”
Joe: “Hopefully?!?”
Sek: “Just relax.”
After it was over he woke up. Right after that he fell asleep. He woke up 2 hours later.
Joe: “ Oh… My head. So you’re telling me that I’m on a planet called Argon millions of miles away from Earth, I haven't aged in 30 years and that I can fly, I have super strength, and I can shoot lasers out of my eyes and hands?”
Trek: “ Pretty much. Oh yeah one more thing. Everybody on Earth thinks your dead and doesn’t remember you.”
Joe: “ Wow”
Sek: “Don’t scare the poor thing Trek.”
Trek: “I was jus telling the truth.”
After that they gave him the nickname Galactic Man.
Ok, now I need to tell you why he went back to Manhattan. Something happened on Argon one day. His foster parents were blown up. Everybody thought it was Galactic Man that blew them up because he was an outsider. The police chased him down, finding him wherever he went. He knew somebody framed him, so he left Argon and went back to Manhattan, New York, USA on Earth. And that was how Galactic Man was born.
