Master of scientific weaponry; the villain known as Talon has been a torn in the Spy’s side (among others) for many years. His razor sharp mechanical left hand can cut through most known metals up to, but not including, vibranium. Along with his superior intellect is a great military strategist. Superior strength, in the 2-ton range, apparently comes from bionic implants or perhaps a strength suit (or both). Above average, but still human-level, agility make Talon a force to be contented with for all second-tier heroes and at times the heavy-weights; especially when acting in conjunction with the loosely group teaming known as the Triumvirate.
