I like what you did with him. You sa, you got be a member of that City of Heroes to make pics like this? Can you put them in any pose you want? I really like the way that hood works. He's got that dead look just right.

Yeah in order to create the characters you have to buy the game and have a monthly subscription. I bought a two month subscription which ends mid-December so I've been making characters more than actually playing the game.
You can't put them in any pose. The one above is just the standard pose while you're making your costume and such. The action poses I've done were the ones from when you can alter the color of different powers so while you're on that screen they perform the move that you have selected.
