The cover to X-men 40 always intrigued me, especially as a kid/teen since I also love classic monsters. Finally got to read it in Marvel Essentials. Cheesier story than I imagined it would be. One of those comics that appears better than it turns out to be based on the cover. Covers do lie at times.
