Megan Fox stars in Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen and is in talks to star opposite Josh Brolin and John Malkovich in Jonah Hex, Warner Bros.' action Western based on the DC Comics character. She also is attached to star and develop Fathom, Fox Atomic's comic book-based underwater adventure.
In "Hex," being directed by Jimmy Hayward, Fox will play Leila, a gun-wielding beauty and love interest of Hex (Brolin), a scarred bounty hunter tracking a voodoo practitioner (Malkovich) who wants to raise an army of undead to liberate the South.
The movie is prepping for a shoot in April, with Mad Chance's Andrew Lazar and Weed Road's Akiva Goldsman producing.
Fathom, a comic created by recently deceased artist Michael Turner, follows a young woman named Aspen who learns she is a member of a race of aquatic humanoids who possess the ability to control water.
Fathom is being written by Jordan Mechner, the creator of video game "Prince of Persia." Peter Safran is producing with Steve Bessen and Brian Austin Green. Fox also will produce in some capacity. Turner will be credited as executive producer. Frank Mastromauro also is executive producing.

That's another one I've not read. You know Michael Turner was born in Crossville, Tennessee where most of my cousins live.
I'm a big Jonah Hex fan though. Love the old series.

I've driven through Crossville once :D But I also know it because the firm I work for sometimes sent stuff there to Rockwell Automation on Genesis Road.

Really that's weird. Small world isn't it.
You know I've gotten a lot of good comics at the Crossville Flea Market. They don't have comics every time, but every now and again I find some good stuff like 70's and early 80's X-men for 50 cents a piece.
