This movie-based version of the Human Torch is comprised completely of roiling flame slightly darker in color than some of the previous action figure likenesses. The semi-translucent Human Torch appears to be extremely well articulated and comes equipped with âblast-offâ base accessory. The result of cosmic ray bombardment, the Human Torch is imbued with the ability to personify and control fire. Heâs equipped with flight capability, the ability to vaporize objects of varying description, and the ability to generate nova intensity. Earlier on, the Human Torch was the melodramatic teenage jerkweed of the Fantastic Four, although eventually he leveled out to become a slightly more earnest character.
